The Portugal Invitational 2026 marks a new era for professional golf in Portugal. From July 31 to August 2, 2026, the Algarve hosts this prestigious tournament on the PGA TOUR Champions calendar — the first individual stroke play PGA TOUR Champions event held in Portugal.
The competition takes place at The Els Club Vilamoura, the first Els-designed facility in Europe and one of the region’s most elite golf venues, offering a challenging layout and stunning coastal scenery.
Featuring a field of 78 players, including PGA TOUR Champions and Legends Tour members, the Portugal Invitational brings together some of golf’s most celebrated figures in a world-class competitive format.
